| 7. | Whereas the land compensation fees and resettlement fees paid according to the provisions of the second paragraph of this article are not enough to maintain the original level of living , the resettlement fees may be increased with the approval of the people ' s governments of provinces , autonomous regions and municipalities
依照本条第二款的规定支付土地补偿费和安置补助费，尚不能使需要安置的农民保持原有生活水平的，经省、自治区、直辖市人民政府批准，可以增加安置补助费。 |
| 8. | Land users should sign contracts for temporary use of land with related land administrative departments or rural collective organizations or villagers committees depending on the ownership of the land and pay land compensation fees for the temporary use of the land according to the standard specified in the contracts
土地使用者应当根据土地权属，与有关土地行政主管部门或者农村集体经济组织、村民委员会签订临时使用土地合同，并按照合同的约定支付临时使用土地补偿费。 |
| 9. | Article 79 embezzling or diverting the use of land compensation fees and other related expenses of the units whose land is requisitioned , criminal responsibilities shall be affixed whereas the case constitutes the crime and administrative punishments shall be meted out whereas the case is not serious enough to constitute a crime
第七十九条侵占、挪用被征用土地单位的征地补偿费用和其他有关费用，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；尚不构成犯罪的，依法给予行政处分。 |
